Excellent hospitality provided, Very friendly staffs... rooms are maintained well! Really enjoyed well! Beautiful place with a delicious buffet! Loved this place alot!
Additionally, your staff sought our feedback after we checked out. That was amazing, we hadn’t experienced that before from any hotel.

Tried their lunch buffet. Happy with their selections of food varieties. A good spread of food including Sri Lankan rice and curries, pizza, noodles and many more. Had a good selection of meat as well. Desserts were also good. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and nice.

I visited this place for lunch and ordered from the à la carte menu at the open bar area next to the main restaurant. Both the wrap and burger were absolutely delicious, with generous portions. The drinks we ordered were also great, and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. Although the place was busy and crowded due to the Christmas season, all areas were well-maintained and clean. I look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bey The meals were top-notch, with a fantastic selection of dishes in many varieties. As always, the dessert options were exceptional, and my personal favorite was the bread pudding—absolutely delicious!
The staff were friendly and supportive throughout our visit, both in the lobby and around the hotel. They made us feel very welcome and were eager to help with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though they did feel a bit dated. Additionally, the surrounding area of the rooms had an unexpected smell that detracted slightly from the experience.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent food, welcoming staff, and comfortable rooms. With a few improvements, it would be even better!

The staff are very friendly and supportive. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront. The food was great, but they should add more variety to all three meals. The same items were served for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. In the fruit corner, there were only watermelon, papaya, and pineapple available all the time. The rooms were wet constantly. We had to push two beds together, which was uncomfortable for us since we had our 3-year-old son with us. When booking, it showed as a king-size bed. Compared to other 5-star hotels we have visited, this one does not meet the same quality. Additionally, there was a bad toilet smell behind our room.
