Overall a good hotel and friendly staff. Food was good. The chef was very friendly and catered to our tastes.
Issues: Wifi tokens should last the duration of the trip without requiring a new token every 24 hrs.
Rooms: sound travels easily between rooms.
No lift. Bags were taken care of. But if you have difficulty climbing then be aware.

Good location and the staff were very responsive to our requests. However, the rooms are not sound proof and the WiFi is limited per day. The buffet is limited in choice but the food is good. Easy to walk into town to restaurants and attractions nearby.

Rooms: The rooms are pretty nice.
Service: the overall service is good. However a lot can be done to improve the food and breakfast options. Especially since they expect tourists and many are vegetarians, they had really no good breakfast options for vegetarians. Even for non-vegetarians the options were less! Even the ala carte menu for vegetarians was not great. We made do with choices we got.

A beautiful place atop the enchanting mountains, with a plush blend of Sinhalese resplendent hospitality with a gel to the rest of the world.
Very amiable, hospitable and accommodative crew, always smiling and caring. This simple review from my end would be too ungrateful for their hospitality, but actually I am lost for words when I pen this....a must try for all those who want to untangle and unwind your stress and go back with memories for life

Be prepared to deal with a lot of noise on the upper floors due to, what they say, is a water pressure related noise. It’s everywhere on the upper floor.
If you spend more time in the hotel, be prepared to call the reception every 2h to ask for a new wifi code. Connection is decent, but these limits are unnecessary and annoying.
My breakfast was also 30mins late for no reason.
People here are nice and view is pretty decent.
