Nice and calm resort hotel, staff was incredibly friendly and always attentive. Great pool area with lots och sunbeds in front of the beach. The beach is pretty much a private beach since the hotel is quite isolated. Off the beach the sea is nice if you are confident in the water, otherwise the big waves can be off-putting. The rooms were very nicely designed, private and always clean. The restaurant was a little disappointing. Satisfactory maybe for a few days but not if you’re staying for a week. And since there is not much surrounding the hotel the food options is a real con. Luckily there is a family-owned restaurant across the street which served amazing Sri-Lankan foods. All-in-all a pleasant stay and perfect for anyone who wants to relax for a bit.

Perfect hotel for a couple of days of relaxing. It is nicely decorated, location is great, right on the beach. The sea is wild and not recommended to swim, but it is a long, wild beach, great for a walk. Bedroom was big, cozy and very clean as well as the outdoor areas and swimming pool. Service was amazing.

We stayed for a week, enjoyed every day. Nice sandy beach just a few meters from your bedroom. No other big hotels around, calm place with no tourists. Restaurant and staff were perfect for us, if you want something else you can go to the neighbours. Before coming, I recommend you to stop in a supermarket, if you want something, as there are no shops around. They are offering Spa aswell, we tried it - 👌

The accommodations were comfortable and the staff were friendly, making it a great spot for a short getaway. However, I did encounter some significant drawbacks. The hotel restaurant is not good, particularly for dinner. The menu is quite limited and doesn’t change. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn’t meet my expectations either. The location of the hotel compounds this issue, as there are no other dining options nearby. If the restaurant had been better, it would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

Charged our batteries to the fullest! There’s nothing that we could have wished for during our stay. If you’re looking for a remote location where you can stroll on the beach without encountering others, this is the place to be. The service and food were great! We also booked a tour for a safari and transportation to Ella which was completely hassle free. Highly recommend the massages too. It was certainly a highlight of our tour around Sri Lanka.
