Place amazing 😍 I spent 3 nights in there with my husband, friendly staff,nearest to the Sigiriya it's important. 1st day ,our anniversary 💐✨️ They provided me delicious cake and bed decorations for us in free of charge. Actually great & memorable stay. Visit again you guys for sure. Highly recommended !! 🌹

Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya offers a less than ideal experience for travelers looking for comfort and value. While providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere, the front desk staff were very rude and rude, which set a negative tone for the stay. The full board package lacked variety, with repetitive food that did not meet expectations for quality or guest enjoyment. Unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired.

It was a nice stay. Four of us stayed in a family room for two nights and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Although it was claimed to hold four people in this room, it was spacious enough to sleep in six people. Towels, pool towels, soap, shampoo, television with dialog TV connection, kettle, tea and milk sachet packets were available in the room. Air conditioned and hot water was available. But no water bottles were provided to us. The pool was also good, and had a nice swim. The location was also beautiful and quite closer to Sigiriya rock as well. The staff was also quite friendly. The food is very nice. The buffet is not the biggest in terms of varieties but was very tasty and fresh. The only negatives we came across were, there were no water bottles provided to us in the rooms. And the other thing is, we checked in for two nights on BB basis, but we had a change of plans and we requested the second day to be updated to a HB basis. This request of ours was not approved by them and we were given the option of having the dinner buffet by paying Rs.3000 per head. In my opinion this was not a good gesture by them, because we were already checked in for two nights paying an advance and we should have been given a chance to update our booking. Apart from this I think it was a nice stay and quite worth it.

My stay at Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya was nothing short of a disaster. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and arrogant, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We opted for the full board package, expecting variety, but it turned out to be a scam with the same boring meals served daily. Absolutely disappointing I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Five star experience! Highly recommended resort hotels! The room is very large, and the various facilities are very complete, which is suitable for families to stay. The trees in the hotel are thick and dense, all of which are primitive and naturally grown. The butterflies as big as the little black are flying, the blacks are chirping, and the sound of cicadas is melodious.. Living here, I feel like I'm away from the dust. It's great to swim in the afternoon and lie down in a hammock. At night, I can also see the stars all over the sky. The girls at the front desk are also very cute and enthusiastic. It is also very convenient to go to the nearby Lion Rock and Dambulla Cave temple.
