We visited with a group of 15 tourists, and the service we received was truly outstanding. Despite our late check-in around 11 PM, the staff, including the chefs, remained on-site to assist us. They handled all the check-in procedures smoothly and professionally, even though everything was wrapped up close to midnight. What impressed us the most was their dedication and commitment by 7 AM, the same team had prepared a delicious breakfast buffet for all the guests. Their energy, efficiency, and hospitality were truly commendable. A big salute to the entire team for going above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and warm hospitality!

Very good hotel. We booked 2 nights but then we decided to stay 6 nights. All the comfort is there. The people who work in this place are wonderful! The food is amazing. The view, nature, and animals that you can see are a lot, and they show us as well a nice walk to do around the lake very close to the property . The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable . Everything is working properly to make you feel good.

We had a wonderful stay in a very nice location. We booked superior rooms, which were clean, spacious, and equipped with lovely bathrooms and comfortable amenities. The rooms also offered a great view. The pool was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was delicious . The staff were friendly and supportive, making our experience even more enjoyable. This place comes highly recommended for anyone visiting. While it's not located in the heart of Anuradhapura, having a vehicle makes it very convenient. We will definitely choose this location again during our next visit to Anuradhapura

The hotel offers an excellent overall experience. The garden with its beautiful mango plantation is a highlight, and the cottages are well-designed, each with two clean and comfortable rooms. The food is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the drivers’ accommodation needs improvement. It is poorly maintained, with dirty toilets and a significant mosquito problem, which can make it uncomfortable for drivers. I recommend the hotel improve cleanliness, address the mosquito issue, and provide better facilities for drivers. Fixing these issues will elevate the experience for all guests.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Subaseth Villa. The food was delicious and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The villa’s calm and peaceful environment provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway!
