I am absolutely delighted with this hotel! First of all, the rooms and the entire property are beautifully designed and well-maintained. The food is delicious. The staff is so kind and friendly that it exceeds my expectations! :D Another huge advantage – very few people. This hotel is a true oasis of peace, with a stunning beach and a large, warm-water pool. After eight days, we didn’t want to leave – I will gladly come back!

“An Unforgettable Stay – Outstanding Service!” We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I must say, it had the most wonderful staff I have ever encountered. During our stay, both of our children fell ill, and the hotel team went above and beyond to take care of our entire family. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. The food was excellent, the beach was stunning, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend staying at this hotel – you will be in the best hands!

Sun Siyam in Pasikudah is a place where you can spend a relaxing vacation without going out of the premises. Indulge yourself in the gift of nature, viewing the greenery as you walk towards the beach in the morning with a cup of tea, and enjoy your sip while watching the calm waves with a sound soothing to your ears and relaxing your soul. Following that, you can head towards the pool for a nice swim in the clean waters and head towards breakfast. The spreads are normal, and don't expect any surprises here. However, the staff is very pleasant and always ready to assist you. There is a live grill station during dinner time, which was quite good. Pastas can be improved. The dessert section was quite good, especially since there was a chocolate cake with butter cream on Christmas Eve and a mango cheecake the day after, which was really good. Even the blueberry ice cream was really good. There is a spa which offers quite a good variety of services that you can avail yourself of during your stay. Since there is only one person, it would be best to book your massages in advance. Evenings are filled with DJ music. What we loved here are the rooms especially the huge bathrooms. The set up is really beautiful. Wanna spend few days away from the busy world and have a me time, to spend reading or just relaxing or just spending some quality time with your friends and family, this is your place to be.

They claim 5*+ but you lose that experience very fast when you arrive. For us they renegotiated the price when we arrived - absolute no go! Then we randomly got different rooms than the ones we booked. They called it an upgrade, well, I sure can tell you it was not. We had a total of 4 rooms. One was dark all the time, all of them got flooded during the rain (it did rain a lot, but not that much) and especially for our room during check in we had: - Unidentifiable stains on the couch - missing towels - a broken safe - a broken A/C - a half cleaned room They took care of some of the issues, but it took them two days. Towels were only taken from the room when left on the floor, but without specifically asking, we didn’t get new ones. Prices for rooms, drinks and food are like in Europe in a standard 5* hotel, which I wouldn’t mind, but I do mind, that I have to remind service 3 times that I ordered. I do mind, that when we order 4 meals for lunch, they get served separate, so that some are finished eating before others get their food. Staff is very friendly, but please get some people who know how to do 5* hotel and stop this pretend play. We pay enough to actually get 5* service. There were a few other minor issues, like all bills for four rooms were put on one room, the music on New Year’s Eve was mostly bass and just random electronic music, mostly loud, so you couldn’t sleep, the food at the buffet was like warm at its best etc etc. I do not expect Swiss standards, but I expect 5* standards for that price.

We stayed a night in Sun Siyam and the experience was amazing. Rooms are spacious and cozy. In-room pool is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Food is okay but varieties are limited. They do not have pork.
