All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds are very well kept. An area for improvement would be to keep the food hot in the restaurant buffet and also offer more vegetarian options.

We actually made a sudden booking at this place to take our kids on a holiday and our expectations were exceeded from the service they offered. Especially the buffet and people who offered such a warm service including Mr Lakmal and all others at the dining area . Kids loved the pool and the huge garden area surely they had fun! Recommended specially to anyone coming with the kids ! Our experience was quite nice!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, the property was well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The gym, steam room, and spa facilities were impressive, and the room was comfortable and nicely designed. However, a few areas need improvement. The outdoor balcony door lock was broken, which could be a concern for some guests. The room lacked an iron and ironing board, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could be better, as well as the maintenance of the pool, which was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the staff uniforms appeared worn and stained, which didn’t match the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience with excellent service and facilities, but addressing these minor issues would make it even better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Experience! Had a wonderful day at Hotel Turyaa! The front office team was welcoming, the animator made our activities so much fun, and the entire staff provided excellent service. Everything was well-organized, and we truly enjoyed our time. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The hotel was fully booked and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy any of the services. We were excited for the buffet dinner, but it was the worst buffet I have ever had at a 4-star hotel. There was only one meat option (chicken) with no variety at all. The breakfast and lunch the next day were no better, with the fewest choices I’ve ever seen. On top of that, there were no towels in the room when we arrived. Despite several calls to the front desk, we had to wait a long time to get them. We also asked for an extra water bottle, but were told to refill the one we had – something I've never heard from a hotel before. The worst part was when a room service supervisor entered our room without knocking, even though we hadn’t checked out yet. It was 12:20 p.m., and my wife was still getting ready. We hadn't handed over our key cards or officially checked out, so this was completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star hotel. We won’t be coming back and I would not recommend this hotel any one.
