There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with special check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in starts at 4:30 PM on Saturdays. To complete self check-in, the guest whose name is on the booking must provide a copy of their passport and visa prior to arrival.
