Super lovely staff, breakfast buffet had eveything you could possibly think of, super quiet rooms even tho lots of people staying, 5 min walk from metro so easy to get places. Was a great stay- would recommend

room was a lot smaller than the photo, tap was very small, draining issues.... bed was okay but the room was really small comparing to the cost of it, also no parking space... so had to park to the public parking which is 150m away.

Had a pleasant stay with my family. Breakfast has wide variety of options. Rooms were a little smaller than I thought but overall a good stay.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was amazing. Very close to the airport bus, city bus and metro.

My stay was really good breakfast was really lovely, and the beds was very comfortable. It was clean. The only thing is that you have to say to them if you want your room cleaned a day before.

stayed here for 4 nights, bedroom was great, just the ventilation seems to not work properly, however when I asked reception they were really kind offering me other room :) I did go and checked the room but it was the same thing, so I ended up staying in the same one. Reception gave me a fan it made a lot of difference. As far as I was told, they are renovation the ventilation system...I was gald I was not in Southern Europe as I'd be baking inside (the air con is set to 19C and it does not seem to work!)

We stayed at the Best Western for a week. While the room was a bit smaller than we usually have, it was more than adequate for our needs - clean and comfortable. The use of the hotel key to provide power to the lights was new to us, but it's a great way to conserve energy usage once you remember to insert (and remove) your card upon entry or exit. Breakfast was great, and table clean-up staff was efficient and friendly. All front desk personnel were helpful and professional, but Kerry was simply incredible! His language skills for someone who's barely visited the US were amazing - he could easily have passed as an American. What was far more amazing, though, was his customer service - it was like having our own personal concierge! He helped us navigate the T-bana and railway systems. He recommended restaurants that the guidebooks don't mention. He troubleshooted phone issues. He advised us on what to bring and sent us to a nearby bakery when my relatives invited us to fika. He provided ice for my knee after I ran the Stockholm Marathon. And on and on, all done with some friendly banter and a smile. Bravo Kerry! You and the rest of the staff at the Best Western Plus Grow Hotel made an outstanding impression on us from beginning to end. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without you.

Great value for money. Metro station is closer than we initially thought. Good breakfast with many options. Rooms are clean, very comfortable soft mattresses. There is no fridge/ minibar in the superior room.

Very pleased with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spaces were a little bit tight. The Hôtel looks well maintained and clean.

Hotel breakfast was really nice, friendly staff. Very quiet area. Rooms only get cleaned on request even though we did request many times didn’t get cleaned at all in our 3 night stay.

Everyone was so helpful and the weekend breakfast was amazing
