Very nice corner room suite. Nice and bright room and very comfortable bed. I forgot an item in the room after departure and the front office staff located it so that my mother can collect it this week. Will be back!

Very close to the station and everything else. Staff were really brilliant, reception top notch. Bed very comfortable and quiet. Loved it.

Hotel was fantastic. We stayed for one night. Hotel is fabulous. There’s a man on reception, tall, middle aged glasses and he’s an absolute gent. Had a lovely conversation with him when we checked in and again when we checked out. He told us some history of the hotel and welcomed us kindly. The room was fantastic, beautiful and we loved how it felt modern het still felt like it had so much history. So clean and tidy, excellent all round. If we come back to Malmo, we wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else.

Staff were mostly helpful. Asked the receptionist for restaurant recommendations, and both places she pointed out were closed… pics and amenity list referenced a gym, but due to renovations, it was closed and I was referred to a separate property 10 minutes away. Room was ok, nothing special but everything was in working order and clean. Breakfast buffet had many cold and hot options and was a high point. Location right across the canal from the train station makes this spot very convenient.

I have stayed here before. The hotel has building works and is being restored. I was put in an annex around the corner. The tap water is not drinkable - but there was no water in the room. There was no water in the vending mchines. I went out into the street back to the reception - to be told they had no water, only sparkling. I was told to go back to the station to buy water! Unbelievable. Normally hotels in Sweden are amazing and they put the customer first. Not here :(

Very nice traditional hotel . Reception staff very friendly . Room comfortable and shower separate to wc which is very useful.
Clear green instructions if staying more than one night . Magic breakfast with masses of choice . Hotel very near train and bus station and also centre.

The hotel rooms we stayed in are nothing like the website photos. There were renovations happening (which may be the cause of the issue), but we were sent to another neighbouring building, and issued the most basic rooms (like a university dormitories). The rooms were tired, with various maintenance issues, and not particularly clean. You also have to book breakfast at a given time and the receptionist snapped at me for not knowing exactly what time I wanted to book, but I explained that I was yet to coordinate some work appointments. Worst hotel and room I have stayed in for years! My colleague also had lots of issues with her room. Avoid!!

This hotel was wonderful! It was elegant, beautiful with its historical charm, and comfortable! All staff were super friendly. Even under construction, it was safe and easy to navigate, and somehow it was unnoticeable from a noise standpoint. The breakfast was great, and as a bonus, everything on offer was lactose free, so my wife could eat all the delicious things! It was also right across the street from Malmö C station, so transportation was a breeze. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying again.

The normal Economy room was very small, smallest hotel room I ever visited in 20 years. The shower was pretty poor and the hairdryer overheated within first 10 seconds of use. It is a 4-star hotel, but I would give it a 3-star instead, it's just very below average.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Comfortable and large room. Ideal location for Malmo city centre. Definitely going back.
