Expected much better as I have stayed here before, everything was just about okay no real complaints but not impressed. I will stay elswhere in future. Parking in the garage was expensive. Food was just about acceptable same again nothing special.

Lovely location on the water.

Nice stuff, very good location, breakfast is not bad. Limited parking, need reservation, but via booking is not possible,only by phone or directly into the their web site. Street parking is not recommended, it has a lot of reserved places. The evening meal is not for 4star hotel, some kind of joke for the 30euro(is not funny). The windows in the room are locked permanently, aspiration is terrible and doesn't have an AC in the room. And...and...

Hotel is very tired, staff are not welcoming. Manager (In all black suit around kitchen area) seemed to walk around looking angry and very unwelcoming. Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent.

The hotel is in a good location, near a park on the river. An evening meal is included, and it was very good--much more substantial than I expected. The staff was very helpful and our room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a family room. The air quality was very poor. It seemed like there was absolutely no ventilation. They had a fan running when we got in the room, that should have likely been our first indication that we were in for a warm night. Really difficult to sleep. It had been 30 degrees that day and the room was at least that as well. The guy working the front desk told us that children’s food couldn’t be ordered during the dinner, but said that there was likely something the kids could eat…there wasn’t…I had asked beforehand so that the kitchen could have it ready so we could all eat together at 18:00. Anyway, kids didn’t eat…I asked the woman working the bar if there was anything for children and she said there was actually a children’s menu. So we ordered from that, she saved the evening for us. We just had to pay for it separately. But just for all the families out there thinking of staying here, just talk to the Bart ending staff, cause the guy at the front was uninformed.

The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the room I got was quiet and spacious with a great view over the water. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the shower head needed replacing. The bed could use an upgrade and while one pair of windows could be opened, it was a little bit tricky since it sort of split down the middle and the other pane got stuck, while the inner pane opened.

Free dinner, the food was good on that of that.

hotel was a little dated but was cosy and comfortable. breakfast selection was mediocre but the evening meal was great.

This has been our favorite in our 17 days travel. The museum district is right there, and the Monktell Museum is included with your stay. Dinner and breakfast as well as afternoon tea is provided. The staff goes well beyond to ensure you are comfortable and welcome.

Check in went smoothly with a friendly host. She helped us to understand the parking options. Rooms were larger than expected with a nice view of the courtyard. We didn't know that our cost included both breakfast AND dinner, as well as afternoon tea. How delightful. The food was good and plentiful. The staff in the dining room were so friendly. This location was very good, along the river and within walking distance of the old town (underwhelming), two churches and three museums.

Offer the breakfast and dinner as standard. Comfortable hotel but a bit far from restaurant and supermarket in city center.

Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal Rummet var enkelt men fräscht och bekvämt, sängen var så skön. Och att det fanns ett badkar var ett stort plus Frukosten var precis så bra som en hotellfrukost ska vara

Mycket bra service vid frukost och middag. Välstädade rum. Mycket dåligt att bastu och relax inte fungerade. Enligt uppgift har de inte fungerat på över ett år!

Hotellet var jättefint och bekvämt som alltid! En jättegod nyårsmiddag ingicks! Varje gång vi reser till Eskilstuna och behöver boende bor vi här, det är underbart!
