Stayed in a corner king and the room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great. A bit of a walk to Sogo Big City, but good exercise. Food at the hotel restaurant is good too. This hotel also has a good gym, pool, and sauna. Overall I would definitely stay again.

I have been regularly staying here for more than ten years and feel a kind of a family band towards the hotel. The service and amenities have had ups and downs. Sometimes there were vouchers for drinks, I even had a free non-alcoholic mini bar, sometimes there was none of it. Sometimes the room rate was very acceptable, sometimes it was ridiculously high and I would not have chosen this hotel if it was for private leisure. Anyway since I feel a little bit like coming home whenever I come here I also have no sense for the rooms coming a little bit to age. It might bother some other guests but it does not bother me. I feel homely here. The massive building is iconic, almost as if it was a comic-book like brutalistic Gotham City style, in an impressive way, especially at night.

Horrible hotel, does not deserve the 5 stars. Check in is at 4PM !!!! Check out is at 11am !! This is probably the first 5 star hotel that needs 5 hours to turn around the rooms ! Small lobby, mediocre front desk service, consiege was unhelpful and not almost non existent. they do not assist customers with luggages The only redeeming factor is that the Rooms are well kept, clean and they provided kids amenities (a nice touch) I highly doubt their 5 star rating. Service needs to be thoroughly reviewed.

I had a disappointing experience with room switching during my stay at this hotel. I booked a week-long stay, but due to high occupancy, I needed to switch room midway. On the day of the switch, I was required to check out of my room and wait for over four hours before I could check in to the new one. Despite this being a 5-star hotel that promises excellent customer experience, they seemed unwilling to address the inconvenience, offering numerous excuses and ignore their customer's dissatisfaction just to adhere to their standard check-in/check-out time protocol. In other hotels where I've encountered similar room-switch situations, the staff were proactive in ensuring a smooth transition—either arranging the new room almost immediately, extending the check-out time until the next room was ready, or completing the switch within an hour. While I don’t fault the front desk personnel, who were simply following instructions, my dissatisfaction is directed at the front desk manager, who remained out of sight and showed little interest in resolving the issue directly with me.

1. The room is tidy and silent. We slept well at night. 2. Their service is nice. Every employees are polite and friendly. 3. The breakfast is nice. 4. The parking place entrance is hard to find.
