The Hotel was OK nothing special the beds could of been more comfortable and the AC was very very weak

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and had everything I needed for my one day trip to Shilin District. It is located in a quiet area and it has some places nearby to grab a bite.

Just an older hotel compared to other near by hotels.

Good location, breakfast was great

The customer service was great. The breakfast and Tea was wonderful. We stayed for 8 nights and the room was so very small and did not have any place to put our clothes. There were 4 hangers. There were little cubbies which we put some clothes but it was so small. Also there was a large pillar in the middle of the room 2ft X2frt. The bed was up against the wall so it was hard to get out. Other than that it was a nice hotel in a great area. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. There was also a washer and dryer on the sixth floor which came in very handle. Short stay would be great.

This is a perfectly acceptable 3 star hotel that is modern, clean with a reasonable breakfast choice and helpful front desk staff that speak English. Rooms are relatively small, but typical of this type of business hotel. There is complimentary coffee/tea and kettle in room plus some free snacks and soft drinks. The hotel is in the Tianmu district of Taipei and suitable for those who know the area, but while 14km to Taipei centre is not suitable for people who mainly want to be in the downtown area. Tianmu is full of expats and near to hot springs and mountain walking country.

Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast buffet (included w/ your stay), free snacks and drinks (soda and water) in the room. Room is on the smaller side but clean and comfortable. Love the shower (great water pressure and the shower setup has water jets for your back).

Love this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Room: Nicely designed and maintained. The room has everything a traveler needs and everything functioned perfectly. Lobby staff: Very polite, capable and efficient. Breakfast bar: This hotel has one of the nicest free/included breakfast I have found so far. I usually do not eat the included breakfast at the hotels but with this hotel I ate there twice and happy both times. Give this hotel a try and you most likely will love it and return again and again. I know I did and will be back again.

Window was left open and insects flew in and I got bitten all night long. Paid to upgrade to a bigger room but it stinks like cigarettes.

Decent sized hotel rooms. Nice, friendly staff. Great bathroom with Japanese style bidet toilets. Good water pressure in the shower with water/massage jets for your back. Room was stocked with soda,bottled water, and snacks daily. They even have free wifi boxes available for you to take into the city (must reserve these in advance with the hotel as they have limited quantities). Free breakfast was good - salad, soup, Chinese buns, porridge, various breads, noodles, fried rice, chicken nuggets, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cakes, juices, coffee, tea, and sodas.

I stayed in many hotels and rarely write reviews. This one is exceptional! Didn't expect much from this hotel during booking. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its setting, services and meticulously paying attentions to details. It looked very new and modern setting both the lobby, cafeteria and inside room. The shower plumbing was impressive with many options. There were coffee, hot water available in cafeteria round the clock, free simple cold food in late afternoon. During check in I was given color dots stickers to rate the quality of various services. Most impressive of all, when the taxi arrived taking me to the nearby Veteran Hospital, the front desk staff actually went ahead paid the driver NT100, more than enough to get me to the hostpial, without me asking for it. I am very pleased with this hotel, will definitely refer to others especially if they plan to visit the Veteran Hospital.

Excellent compact and bijou boutique hotel, ideally located in the heart of TienMu area of Taipei. Well located to an excellent French Bakery and associated Cafe Lutetia and LiLi Restaurant and Gallery (all highly recommended). Hotel rooms are well equipped, with all amenities, quite and comfortable. Laundry facilities, small gym room and pleasant roof terrace for sipping chilled wine. Service is excellent and the staff are keen to make your stay stress free and an enjoyable experience. Overall great value.

this is the worst hotel that i have ever stayed! we booked the standard room for 5D4N. the hotel is located very far from the MRT station which require us to take cab every time we want to get to the MRT. which cost us quite a bomb. secondly, the rooms are not soundproof and the water pipe are dripping the entire night, which wake us up a couple of times in the middle of the night. thirdly, the room is super small! it just took us 2 steps to reach the main door and 1 step to reach the toilet. However, the room and toilet seems clean even though it was really small. additionally, the hotel staff are friendly and nice. overall, i really won't recommend this hotel. far away from town too

1. Counter staff is polite but very inflexible. 2. Breakfast time should be extended to 11.00am. 3. Breakfast food should have more variety. 4. Room fees is too expensive, NT$ 4900 per night for 3 people, that same price I can stay in Westin Hotel, Taipei. 5.The cleaning room staff is cold and impolite, no responses in the mornings even I greeted them. 6. Hotel charges self clothes washing by NT$50 per washing load and per drying load is ridiculous, why?

The location was great and it's only couple mins away from the bus stop. The breakfast is good with a varieties of food to choose from. Will definitely stay here again!

I once lived in this area so revisiting for a week long escape. Hotel well located close to many excellent eateries (LiLi and Lutetia Cafe amongst many). Rooms although (for some) somewhat small are well equipped with well sized comfortable beds set in stylish contemporary modern rooms. Excellent shower bathroom facilities. Pleasant roof terrace for evening wine drinking, a useful laundry and even a small workout room. The service was excellent and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend the hotel and will be staying again next visit.
