The hotel is very clean and looks practically new. The breakfast was excellent, probably the best I've had during my whole stay in Taiwan, there was so many choices and variety. All of the staff were very polite and would always greet us which would make us feel welcomed. The pool on the rooftop was beautiful and I could see myself using it if it was hotter out. My only critique is the gym, it's very small and has a good machine that can target a lot of muscle groups but it desperately needs weight plates to add to the bar. All in all would stay here again.

My initial room had an issue with plumbing so they quickly helped me change the room, though it had a different layout than my original room. Design is modern and thoughtful. Breakfast food is amazing with pretty flexible hours for non-early riser like myself. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself was really nice, the staff were very friendly. Our room came with daily buffet breakfast which had a very wide spread and tasted quite good. Although it was relatively near the TRA Tainan train station, we had to use the pedestrian underpass which involves climbing down and up a long flight of stairs - travelers with heavy luggage might want to take note. There was also no shelter between the train station and the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to provide shuttle buses to the train station as it's quite silly to be taking a cab between the hotel and train station as the distance is very short.

We stayed in the deluxe family room at the Grand Banyan Hotel for 3 nights. The room is spacious with a good design. The lighting and color scheme make the atmosphere very relaxing. The room has one of the most supportive and comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel.
The staff throughout the hotel is very professional, attentive, and friendly; they always greet and smile at us. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of items offered. I was able to try some famous local dishes like beef soup which I enjoyed a lot. All the small details make the hotel stand out from others.

整間飯店一塵不染 ，飯店和房間的味道都非常的清新，完全沒有怪味然後沙發和靠枕非常的新 完全沒有污漬。 床單和棉被也沒有刺鼻的漂白水味。 早上用餐時餐廳的環境也非常的乾淨，都沒有看到任何的灰塵非常的滿意這次的住宿品質下次到台南玩一定會選擇回來這裡住宿
