The hotel itself was really nice, the staff were very friendly. Our room came with daily buffet breakfast which had a very wide spread and tasted quite good. Although it was relatively near the TRA Tainan train station, we had to use the pedestrian underpass which involves climbing down and up a long flight of stairs - travelers with heavy luggage might want to take note. There was also no shelter between the train station and the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to provide shuttle buses to the train station as it's quite silly to be taking a cab between the hotel and train station as the distance is very short.

This hotel doesn't provide any amenities, not even a toothbrush and toothpaste (this is annoying), you have to get your own mineral water from the dispenser in the hallway, the story is to reduce plastic waste even though it's to save time. Adding people (children) have to pay another 600 NTD/night (300 thousand/night). Very standard rooms, standard service, the hotel is considered expensive with the existing facilities, not worth it. Just 1x will make you give up. Near the hotel the area is also not cool. The lobby is just luxurious. Tainan city is chaotic, public transportation is almost non-existent. It's better to just go to Kaohsiung.
