4.8/5.0👍 Hi! I'm a 12 year old kid that wants to share my experience. Pros: This hotel is very convenient and is connected to a mall - Nice Plaza - via the 5th floor. You can zoom in and out very easily. There are also very delicious food across the multiple restaurants they offer: BBQ, Buffet, Thai Restaurant etc. Good view. Stayed here several times over the years as it is one of the more convenient hotels with underground parking. The rooms are also quite large and spacious. The breakfast is not the best but still descent. It is reasonably compared to other insanely inflated Taiwan hotel prices. Best of all it is connected to a mall next door so very convenient.

Very spacious corridor outside the hotel rooms... comfortable ambience...rooms are also spacious ...lighting is soothing , not too dark unlike other hotels in Taipei. Dinner spread is spoilt for choice and breakfast is splendid too...the pasta chef is very friendly and nice...even offered to cook fresh piping hot pasta . Thumbs up to him..

I swear the God this establishment could not be classified as a 5 star hotel. Even it is possible we have a different understanding of what is a 5 star hotel. At the check in desk, I asked an employee, a young lady, where I could drop my bag of trash in my hand into a trash can. She told me I need to walk out the side door and should not have any trouble to find one on the left. Such a nice way to welcome a new customer. I did receive a good service from the bell captain and the young lady who manned the station at the Spa on the 17th floor later on. The room is spacious and its decor is plain but adequate. It is no way near any meaningful luxury for sure. It is clean but at least my room has a smell of cleaning material. The wall is so thin I could listen in every single word of my next room neighbor conversation! It seems they are having a disagreement regarding dinner. I paid an extra fee for their spa service. The sauna was lukewarm and no way to turn the heat on. The steam room was way too hot and no way to stop the steam. The jacuzzi/hot tub temperature was no way as its displayed degrees. It was almost boiling. I decided to leave in the end just to find out there was no hot water from my shower even after I waited for 3-5 minutes. It was really not pleasant just standing in a shower stall naked with running cold water on your body and wish it turns hot. At this point I do not dare to try the restaurants. Just one night, I told myself. :). PS, I just killed a cockroach.

Super concierge staff. The rooms were large and clean, the amenities enjoyable. Plenty of breakfast places within a few minutes walk. You’ll need to take a cab to get to the city center though.
