Good price, perfect location across the road from the station. Very dated but clean and good value. The lady who looks after the rooms is lovely, like everyone's mum. The AC works ok but there are a couple of odd things to look out for like the switch for the main light was out in the corridor not in the room and you don't need a password for the Wii fi to work.

Very good location close to the TRA station. The bus stop for Alishan is just opposite the TRA station. It's quite dated and has seen better days. The staff speak mostly Chinese, but they get by in basic communication. Air conditioning works. Would stay there again for the location, the price and the no-problem staff.

location: very good, 5 mins walk from chia yi train station. ideal if you are going alishan the next day by alishan train. its a 20 mins walk to the night market, plenty of small shops nearby. cleaniness: basic areas like floor, toilet, bed are clean. but things are really old. value for money: yes , it cheap and its clean. basic stuff like toothbrush, shampoo and shower r provided. security: the corridor is quite dark and door is by key lock. no control for guest to go to different levels. i feel overall taiwan is quite safe so ok for me. counter staff oversee entrance. overall: good if you r there for short stay and only need for sleep.

Everything is fine. Wifi is good, location wise is good, just a walking distance to Chiayi Station, nearby hotel got night market, grocery shops, shopping malls, etc.. Room is spacious for 2 persons. Staff is friendly even though he can't speak English and I can't speak Chinese, but still, I felt he's a kind and friendly person. Recommended!

Reasonable price with clean room and excellent location! Really hope that one day they will be serving breakfast, it would be so great.
