Check in was slow but that’s the only thing I didn’t love at this hotel. The customer service was excellent! breakfast was very good And Lulu who works in the morning was very friendly.
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! Jacuzzi, steam shower and sauna. Water bottles everyday. Close to the MRT you can walk.
Leaving, We dropped a passport in the room when we left and figured it out once we got to the airport 😟 I called and not only did they find it but they put it in a taxi and sent it to us so we could make our flight on time.
10/10 recommend.

It was recommended by a business counterpart who travelled frequently to Taipei as a choice of no choice considering it was a last-minute trip, Realised it is now a Motel... perhaps catering to the nigh cats!
I was given a good referral but upon arrival, was taken aback by the cleanliness of the room and musky smell, albeit it is a non-smoking room.
But most detrimental is the very late check-in time (4 pm) that is not "friendly" for business travellers...
Not sure if I will consider it for my next trip to Taipei...

Liked: location - MRT, food options. Room is good size. hot water pot and microwave. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Dislike: not very clean. lack of electric plugs in the room. Lights are dim. Will consider stay here again if the price is right.

I was told the place is known for people to come do the dirty deed. The room has stains on the couch and chair, the coffee table is full of cup stains that they say it’s imprinted on the table and can’t be removed. Also right when door opens noticed a puke stains on carpet nasty AF. The shower floor look so worn out as well. And ripped carpet. Overall this place needs a major renovation, I would never stay at this location again. Oh they also charge to use the phone as well, I’ve made a call to be fair was kinda long on the phone but costing $210 NT not cheap for maybe 20 minutes.
