The staff were very friendly and offered us help whenever we needed it. The room was big, with a big onsen for hot spring spa. Thete was a sofa inside the room with a king sized bed. The spa pools on the top floor offered us another choice if you wanted to have a romantic holiday with your partner or spouse.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Always joking and smiling with me, they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff spoke English quite well. There was a decent variety of food for the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and large and the hot spring tub in the room was enjoyable. Would certainly stay here again.

早餐豐富，每天款式略有不同，而且美味。老闆熱情招待，早餐時會和客人談天。可能入住人數不太多，服務人員可以記得客人房號。溫泉水量大，很快充滿浴缸。如想兩人同泡，選觀音石浴缸套房，浴缸足夠兩人有餘。交通方便，由礁溪轉運站走過來，只需5分鐘。唯一缺點是間隔牆是木板，鄰房談語聲隱約可聞。

the location is amazing. less than 5 min walk from Jiaoxi bus station and less than 10 from Jiaoxi train station. It is a little out-date but still kept clean and comfy. the roof top hot spring spa is exceptionally good which is worth the money. Breakfast is good with local varieties. Is a little more than an hour walk to the famous WufengChi Waterfall.

很超值的住宿，為了頂樓的岩洞spa去的，很喜歡，溫泉舒服，拍照也很好看飯店附免費早餐，簡單但是吃的很飽，沙拉，熱菜，稀飯吐司饅頭都有豆漿挺不錯，也有咖啡之前爬文有看到其他人覺得房間有潮濕感跟霉味，但我這次去住都沒有這個情況，覺得大致上都很不錯房間內浴缸也很大！目前旺季礁溪房價都很高，天隆飯店維持正常價錢覺得很佛心，會再次來訪推薦給大家
