Not recommended to people with more than 60 years old and kids under 5 YO. I got room in a building where the renovation works are still ongoing. The building wascdusty with misty smell. Always need shuttle car to go to lobby, but not easy to call the staff. Complaints were not followed up well.

Location was good but room cleanness is very bad they try to scape from cleaning room every day, avoid changing bedsheets, Breakfast is not good Indian option is super pathetic.

I chose this hotel based on recommendations from YouTube, the location is quite strategic and good, close to the beach and the central area of Phuket, the room I chose was ocean view, very satisfied with this room, but it looks like the property is old, besides that the hotel check-in process is very long and there is no tolerance for guests who request early check-in on the application, apart from that the hotel counter staff is very unpleasant, acts very b***** and doesn't smile. I was disappointed with the service of one of the hotel staff! Very impolite.

Wonderful. Look a bit old but still cozy and comfortable. Great view! All facilities are nice. The receptionist was a bit confusing. He said I had to sit on the chair he assigned to wait for the welcome drink though I asked whether I could sit somewhere else as that chair was hot and he said no. Finally, I didn't get any welcome drink. However, other staffs were very friendly and polite.

Awful, very dirty and old, not attentive staff on reception, very easy breakfast, The windows in the room were sweating and it was very humid because the air conditioning couldn't cope, it smelled like mold. Was good only view from room, that 's it.
