There was no hot water, the shower hanger was broken, I got a cold shower in room 301, but the room was comfortable to sleep in, the bed was soft and the pillows were soft.

The location is okay, the price is okay according to the room. The room is clean and comfortable. It's really okay to stay here ☺️

The elevator is not functioning properly. The cleanliness of the room is poor; There is a dead animal (a gecko) in the restroom. The air conditioner is broken.

Understaff during check-in/check-out time. We were waiting almost 30 mins for the check-in, and not understand where should we queuing for the check-in. The room was small, old, and dirty. The air conditioning screaming all night. The room was not sound proof, even 2 am the sound of traffic still went through. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The bathroom sink was hideous dirty with some old dirty stain, and totally smells of tons cigarettes. The pipe hole in the shower room was totally left open without any cover, and the water is not go through, we need to use the feet to splash the water down the pipe unless the bathroom went flooded.

Very bad, very cruel to customers. I want the management of B2 Hotel to read this. 1. Booked a room, signed 3 people's names, but arranged a room with 2 small beds. 2. After informing the staff how to fix or help, there was no answer. 3. The air conditioner is very old, can't adjust the temperature, had to call a technician to adjust it. 4. The TV turned on, there were no channels, only lines, had to randomly press to find the channel. 5. On 1/1/68 in the morning, the water didn't flow, the customer didn't shower or use the bathroom, the staff didn't help at all. 6. No WiFi for customers, had to ask first before giving the code, but wrote it by hand, in the end couldn't enter the code.

We did not even stay longer than 20 minutes before running out. We booked at the B2 hotel for 2 nights (and booked the deluxe room). When we got to the hotel, the staff was not welcoming. we did not mind as we are trying to enjoy our holiday. But when we got to the room. it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty pillows, blanket, hand prints on the closet, dried liquids dripping down the closet and walls etc. (See pictures). The room was filthy, the visible dirt and odor, made it entirely unhabitable. We even asked the cleaning lady to clean up, but she did not. We can handle a lot, but this was to much. We couldn't even touch anything without feeling disgusted of it. We left almost right away. We asked at the desk for a refund, but they would not give us any. We left and quickly had to find a new hotel later on the day. We emailed B2, but we have not gotten any response from them. We stand by getting our money refunded. We are deeply disappointed that this happened on our holiday. This lack of customer care is both unprofessional and disrespectful. In contact with Traveloka has come to our attention that the staff did not even mention this situation and has been acting like nothing has happened. I strongly urge the B2 hotel to review their policies and procedures to ensure that future guests are not subjected to the same disappointment. We also request that B2 reconsider their decision and issue a refund for the room we could not stay in due to its unlivable condition.

One of the female receptionists did not provide very satisfactory service in terms of greeting and welcoming.

It's not pretty but it's okay to sleep in. During the time when there are a lot of guests, the electricity goes out and the air conditioner goes out from morning until you leave the accommodation. But the price is cheap.

The mattress is clean, but the bathroom smells. Not very clean, like there's sand on the bathroom floor. There is no bath towel provided.

Triple room, next to the mirror there is a hole that can go through to another room. A sound from another room came inside. And the sound from our side penetrated into another room as well. When sleeping, there is always the sound of snoring. There is no privacy at all. The air conditioner cannot adjust the swing. Can only be opened and closed The mattress had a little sand under the blanket. The refrigerator is a little cold. But other places are clean, the air conditioner is cool, overall average and worth the price. Focusing on sleeping and not thinking about anything is not bad.
