hotel inside the soi, my room at top floor level 4,is quiet room. is very basic room, event hanger also don't have, only provide 1 glass in room for double bedroom. king size. bed, not really comfort for the bed. the only thing I like is the floor is really clean and you event can't found a hair drop in room for previous guest. you can rent a bike through the hotel with acceptable price. otherwise nothing else. if you looking for cheap and clean room this is suite you. P/S this hotel is don't have elevator.

Pros:
price is very affordable,
location is very good. Walking distance to markets and Wats,
no issues on wifi and aircon.
Cons:
do not expect assistance at all from the receptionist.. Either they have hard time communicating or they don't know the location and how to or popular sites.. Always busy on their phones.. Badly needs training.
no soundproofing.. We can hear all the footsteps on the lobby and all the movements adjacent room.. Even the insect zapper on the lobby is too loud..
only 1 thin pillow is provided per guest

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times. It’s comfortable and great location. WiFi is just ok. However I still like this place. Definitely recommend it.

Good location! Value for money. Staff are helpful. The only problem is that the bathroom get flooded because the floor trap does not discharge fast enough.

The staff are not helpful, I once waited at the reception for 10 mins behind a guy while he was waiting all because she was in the middle of texting and didn't serve us till she had sent the message. appalled by her attitude when I finally did get served. On the first night of our stay we had a huge rip in our bed sheet, 4 stains on the top of the bed sheet. On level 4 in the corner there was rubbish bag filled left there for 3 days also appalled. Our room stunk of a weird smell to the point I was gagging every time I entered it. if you have a dirty sheet you're expected to pay for it. if you use a towel and get it dirty you're expected to pay for it. It may be cheap but they charge you for the little things! That's where they get you! Also do not hire a moped, we hired one and the breaks didn't work properly
