Hotel location is good. But service is unsastify. I'm pregnant 28week and asking for extra pillow but they just say that cannot. Dont kind of helpful.

Have to change room up to 2 time ,first got the twin bed (but I have to request double bed) , second got the loud noise form air conditioning)

not satisfy with service counter staff on friday night 15 feb. She forgot to return my I.D.card during check in and check out. And she not even called me back that her forgotten. Until I check in airticket at Phuket airport on another day. Lucky I have driver licence card to check in. This is both mistakes I and she.
