Light at the hallway at 11st floor is very dim, only thing you see is a little light at doors. Some facilities in my room are broken, like refrigerator that not properly do the job, faucet that shaking easily. Wifi can't connected. Pillows are rigid like log. Others are okay.

The location is good if you are traveling for business at Bitec Bangna very near by. Cannot walk to but with taxi or driving only 5 min. The room is a little bit old and some is not clean enough.But I asked to move the room then it is better. But must improve the aircon which made a very loud noise and not cool as it should be!! Anyhow,the staff came to fix it the next day. The foods is alright. Normal buffet breakfast. The staff are nice. There are also plently of parking

Very basic amenities in the room. Internet is basically cannot be used due to disconnect and slow speeds. TV channel for foreigners not available. Prepare to be bored to the death once in the room. Lighting to be overly dim outside and inside room giving it a gloomy ambience. Breakfast also very bad and terrible service
