Though the building is quite old, our stay is very comfortable with their daily room cleaning service and water/coffee supply. Loved the daily towel replacement. We stayed in deluxe room with fridge and big ac! They have new elevator installed just recently. All staff are friendly and approachable. I will surely come back. 4-night stay in Bangkapi. When I first read the reviews (after booking the place lol) I almost decided to cancel it. But our stay was surprisingly (?) good. I have literally nothing to complain about. I'm guessing those complaints come from entitled white people.

Good room but a bit far from main roads. It's about 8-900m. No shop near by, you should walk 1km to reach out for 7-11 or local shop.

Very good value compare to the price, 711 nearby. The only downside is that it is quite far from the central, no BTS or MRT nearby.
