This is new hotel so maybe they haven't have enough experience of customer service. My room didn't have hot shower and i asked them for fixing around 10pm. They came to fix it at 11:30pm even I informed the receptionist many times. The next day they forgot to clean up my room. I informed them again and they apologized that the maid went home already. So disappointed. Breakfast was terrible so don't waste money for it
