It needs to be "Renovated!!" I've stayed here many times. This time I'm shocked. It's so broken, starting from the entrance. They should cut the grass. The room is very run down. I booked a pool villa and didn't dare to touch the pool. The water is murky, the pool is dirty. The room walls have peeling paint. The TV remote doesn't work. The technician came to change the batteries. The TV is also stupid. I couldn't turn it off until I had to unplug it. The door has only patches. As for breakfast, it used to be much better. This time, the food is not as diverse as before. The quality of the food is disappointing. There aren't enough plates. The food isn't refilled. I'd like to tell the management to improve it urgently.

It not worth a 5 stars, I called the day before arrival and request late check out, because I will arrival at 4 am of 20 Jan 24 (Booking 19-20 Jan) The reservation said ' he will get back to me for the request and never get back until I arrive and he said Manager said no only 1 PM. The room was good but the bathroom do no have a water heater at all we have to took a cold shower in the morning and while we in the breakfast this morning the waiter and waitress gossip their college close to us very rude, no one pick up our dishes after finish we have to put in other table by yourself. The pool in the room is quite dirty with all the leaves in the pool. I hope the Manager or Director should be more aware of this. Very disappointed.

The room is clean, the staff are polite and kind. The person who drives the car to deliver the luggage provides good service. Delicious breakfast, beautiful view, suitable for relaxing. Not far to travel to the night market.

Why are there only good or bad channels to choose from? Because sometimes it's mediocre. It's hard to believe that no hotel/resort is perfect. Having stayed here three years ago (Pre-Covid) has different advantages/disadvantages anyway.

Breakfast has no table to sit. We went during a public holiday for 3 days. Lots of guests. Not enough food. Not enough water glasses. Poorly managed, people come later, get a seat first, don't go again.

The accommodation is a balcony, the room is spacious, the sea view zone is good. But behind the room there is a road that cuts through the outside people can enter and exit the accommodation.
