This is my favorite hotel. I always stay here every time I have to go to BKK because every staffs are so nice, friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable. The price is good.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is a little loud. The employees are lovely and provide good service. As for the security guard during the day, he is a skinny person with a not-so-friendly expression. When asked, I answer reluctantly. 🥹

Near the Seacon Square Mall, the price is not expensive, there is a car park, the room price is considered cheap or not, may be at some point room matter close in the picture The room is not soundproofing a little, the water is strong, there may be a little dust in the room. The top floor has a pool, not many people, like it's a private area. Overall considered ok

Is a hotel near the mall but if you think about going to sleep To find a new place because the room here does not store any sound, but the sound is off, switch on the light The sound of an elevator press can be heard. And if you get a friend of the room that has no manners, then that night you will not sleep at all

Going to check in, I found the staff to look like It's not ok at all. It's not frowning or anything. But my eyes look insulted because I don't dress well, I don't know and then stay in the morning. I have to hurry to wake up. Very noisy. Maids come to clean other rooms loudly without having to sleep together. As follows Go out to use your eyes Looking at the blame and still being loud and feeling louder than before But overall it was all clean, comfortable and convenient. I would like to improve the staff a bit more. Both before coming to read the reviews. Saw that the service was very good.

the room, facilities, staff, etc are pretty good. the most unsatisfying part is all night long there's some sort of sound like someone drag their luggage all night. the sound are pretty loud so my family having a hard time to comfortably sleep.
