there was no hot water. The toilets are unsanitary with brown water running when you go to the toilet, you hear your neighbor, doing his little needs too. no beach at the foot of the hotel but the swimming pool is very good. You should also know that there are only two restaurants on the main street. It is better to be motorized if you want to move a little. the breakfast included in the reservation includes an egg, two slices of toast and a coffee.

This beachfront hotel has a charming, laid-back vibe, though it’s clear it’s seen better days and could use some updates. That said, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach (rocks though - the most amazing beaches are a short scooter drive away), where you can relax to the sound of the waves and enjoy the stunning scenery created by the hammocks swaying in the breeze. The rooms are spacious and kept clean, which was a big plus. One thing to note is that the AC can be a bit noisy at night, so if you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking for a simple, no-frills stay right by the beach with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

It is a hidden gem behind the Lobby facade. Don't be impressed by the Lobby. Behind it there are lots of trees, a pool, seats to have a drink and watch the romantic sunset. The rooms are super clean and the service is great. They don't understand much English but that makes everything more authentic. The prices are great and the rooms are luxurious. My room is a premium one with a sea view and for only 40 euros with breakfast it is a luxury. I am very happy to be here.

poor cleanliness staffs are rude and mannerless hotel could invest in hiring some well behaved staffs they charged us 500 baht for 1 extra pillow and blanket for our 2 yrs old baby eventhough we paid like 1350 baht per night. Very poor service would not recommend to anyone and would like to suggest website to take off this hotel from their list of hotel suggestions.

Okay, but the lights went out ten times. The wind is not watching TV, old TV, old air, very loud noise. Breakfast is a little taste, it is considered very expensive for Thai people.

In the app, that room is empty. Paid off I came to say that there is no room available air conditioner has come to bed room fan 1,000 baht no blanket bed cover. No refrigerator, no water, no water, red.

There should be a mini-mart sells snacks. Little Mama Because it did not put it expires. Front desk staff should have one. I can not see anyone I think that's wrong But comfortable accommodation for those who prefer privacy. Cook beaming about good service, not very clean, thank you.

Data from the first to Most people who stay here will not impressed. But personally impressed me. You might be lucky to get a reservation at the price a little high. Make room for enhanced The airy rooms and good. The owners and staff care Avalon is the place to relax in private. Because of its location is quite far from Shopping, restaurants and cons as to adjust the water heater. There are just hot and cold Pool chlorine hard. Breakfast is a little less here
