The bed is not very nice, it looks like a broken bed I got at that time. Cleaning service did not really clean the room. And the hotel made me very confused looking for the hotel room. Only minus these things, for all this, the hotel has a very good location and the staff is also very friendly.

The room is small but very reasonably decorated, with enough tables, chairs, and a small sofa, so overall I'm quite satisfied with the room's interior. The entrance door is super heavy and hard to pull, the bathroom in room 402 has a very unpleasant smell, if I don't press the room cleaning light, I'll stay for 3 days and no one will come to clean it 🥹.

Pros: near BTS. The security guard was cheerful, enthusiastic, and supportive. Cons: the day I checked in, the kettle still had water in it, the cleaning staff did a very sloppy job, cleaning the room but everything was still dirty, even the toilet sheet was dirty and not neat. The room I slept in always had the sound of running water on the wall. Oh, and the deposit is calculated per person - 1000 baht per person (there were 2 of us so we charged 2000 baht). I stayed for 5 days but the first day they didn't give me toilet paper, the second day they still didn't have it - on the 4th day they saw toilet paper and didn't give it anymore. The room pictures are not the same as Traveloka posted. Cotton swabs are only provided once.

The staff was enthusiastic and cheerful. Mr. So-and-so opened the elevator door for us very happily and enthusiastically showed us where to do laundry. My room has a window facing the train station, it's very bustling, the view is ok. The infinity pool is also great, the minus point is that the soundproofing is not very good. The first night, I was afraid of guests coming to visit, plus the room next door kept opening and closing so I could hear it clearly, so I had a fitful sleep. The trv was quiet, not at all :)) In addition, there is also a food court for breakfast right behind 7/11. ok. Nc is 9d everyone

Convenient location, right at Silom BTS station. The staff at check in was very friendly and cute. But when I checked out in the morning, the short-haired receptionist had a "sleepy" attitude and didn't say hello, still wearing headphones. Do not communicate with guests, do not double check with guests to see if they forgot anything in the room when checking out. In short, not communicating with guests, I rate this issue poorly. I have been to Thailand many times, this is the first time I have to pay a deposit when I have already paid for the room. Ok because of the hotel's rules. And what makes me most uncomfortable is that, after all, a 4-star hotel, regardless of room type, must have slippers in the room, right? When I asked why there wasn't one in the room, the staff replied because my room category doesn't have this facility? It's hard to understand because that's the standard that a hostel has, let alone a 4-star hotel? Soundproofing is bad.
