Taking into consideration this is a tree house in the middle of the jungle it was okay. House was ok, AC was working, water pressure in the shower was poor, but again - this is a tree house in the jungle 😄 Several times we saw monkeys and it was nice to watch them. I do not recommend breakfast. It’s from 7:30 till 9:30. If you come by 7:30 you will have some choice (be careful with croissants two days in the row there were bugs), if you come by 8:30 you will have leftovers and they do not bring more food.

Extreme experience. If you like to stay in the middle of the jungle with all plus and minus this hotel is good for you. Some houses are good some other are in bad conditions. Humidity, insects water coming and going. It's an experience.

Atmospheric tree houses in the remains of a tropical rainforest. Access is along a long potholed dirt track. A lot of the huts are built around huge trees and the treehouse experience is very special. Rooms are dark; no glass in the windows. So it’s a choice between wooden shutters or mosquitos. AC and fan but no kettle or fridge. Breakfast is included. Restaurant food is not brilliant. Not a lot to do here; there’s nowhere good to walk to. Access to the river is not easy, you either have to ignore private signs into the Khao Sok Monkeys campground or walk along a particularly unrewarding rough track. Langur monkeys in the trees. Heard the wonderful gibbon’s morning call in the distance (from north across the river). Unfortunately, all the “jungle” ambience was drowned out by the building work The angle grinder noise was driving us crazy.. We tried to cancel the second night but the owner assured us that it was going to be quiet tomorrow. But it was way worse.

What a bad experience. Showers bearly works and after complaing about not having hot water. We have been brushed off with different excuses. Then when we were about to leave, we found out that we need to pay for a broken glass at our first dinner. I suggest you will check your bill after every meal as they are not trust worthy and the female owner is very trust worthy. Be super careful from this place. There are many nice places around. Do yourself a favour and don't take the risk here.

Treehouses in the Thai jungle within walking distance of the National Park. We stayed in treehouse 112 which is the furthest away from the office/reception but closest to the river. The room was basic but had modern air conditioning - which you need. Nice balcony and chairs and a functional bathroom with an on demand hot water shower. Food is great. Beer is cold but no other alcohol. Puppy Pomeranians and other pets kept us entertained. A troop of monkeys came down the path one evening and a few came up to the balcony. Hosts happy to arrange day trips and transport. Village is about a km away following a track over the river and along a dirt road. The main road of the village is the road to the park. Plenty of bars and restaurants along the road and a general store with 2 ATMs. If you want a local jungle experience, this one is hard to beat.
