Nice place to stay ... second time for me. A bit closer to town than the accommodation near the cave but as town has more eating choices, a better bet. Some rooms are basic but they have two superior rooms that are well worth the small extra cost. Call direct to get the best price.

Nice place with clean bathroom, we also have our own soap, shampoo, and toilet paper supply in the room. They lent us a scooter for free.

The room was 400 baht, which gets you a very small room with just a fan (no AC) and the "private" bathroom advertised is actually outside the room. The WiFi didn't work, they hadn't paid the internet bill. The bathroom was gross, with no toilet paper, a weak bum gun and the toilet bowl was often covered in ants. The room was hot and had no mosquito nets. There was only one outlet, high up on the wall and far from the bed. The outlet was so high up, there was nowhere to put my phone that would be safe and not fall down in the night. The blanket was tiny, it didn't cover my feet or shoulders. The location was outside town and there were no good restaurants within walking distance. Overall don't stop here, just drive the extra hour to Chiang Mai, unless you want to watch Thai TV on a tiny screen.

No organization…no respect, don’t stay here.
