The room is not very new, but the quality compared to the price is considered good. The service is good. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I would like to compliment the cleanliness of the swimming pool. I would like to recommend adding coffee and sugar service, And the room is clean and smells very good,

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Lime, one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in!
The rooms were all damp and impossible to sleep, even though we were on the 3rd floor of the building. They needed restoration, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, we slept putting our clothes on the pillow because the mattress and pillow were full of mold. The location was good, 5 minutes walk from Patong Beach, the staff was very kind.
I wish the entrepreneur would take our complaint as a basis and adjust the quality of service in accommodation etc...

The rooms are spacious, have a balcony to relax on, and have a swimming pool to play in. If you are hungry, there is a delicious restaurant in the hotel called Gurman Restaurant. There is a wide variety of food to choose from in the restaurant. The accommodation is less than 3 minutes walk from the sea. Recommended.

The swimming pool has been unclean for eight days, and the issue remains unresolved. From January 6th to January 13th, 2025, construction noise was excessively loud each day, disturbing our sleep. This noise was incredibly disruptive, and my husband required pain medication. The hotel owner appears unconcerned about customer complaints, as no improvements have been made. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The reception staff were very helpful, There is a restaurant located below the hotel, Located in the city center, close to many tourist attractions i will go back here soon
