Good services 10/10 they also provided a birthday cake for me, but one thing for the big problem of this hotel that made me upset and unreasonable to the guests who had already paid the money for the facilities. Actually, I planned to celebrate my birthday at the bar of the hotel but unfortunately, the hotel set the wedding event and the reception said, you are not allowed to use the bar and around that area after 4 pm! I was shocked Since I think the hotel management should be aware of how to handle the places inside the hotel and inform the guests before booking otherwise I wouldn't be here it is unfair that I already paid for all facility in the hotel and my plan was ruined by other events without notice. I think the hotel should be improved in this case.

The room above made a little noise and it jolted downstairs. At night I didn't sleep much, but everything was good, including the service and cleanliness, the beauty of the room. But if you sleep downstairs, there will be problems in the room above where they move the chair or walk. Other than that, there is no problem. I will go back and stay again, but I would like to be on the upper floors. The hotel is beautiful, the view is good, the service is excellent.
