Check in late night as my flight was delayed,. But sadly plan to relax on jacuzzi not working! Inform to the staff one senior lady in charge she looks too clever until doesn't put any respect for us the guest. The next day 10am the just fix the jacuzzi which is another 2 hours to check out time

The staff is friendly. The location is good. The rest room is clean but the interior is old. The elevator is old and small = > need to innovate and decoration again. The hotel is not 4 stars, it is under 3 stars. I rate 5, because I would like the hotel to be better.

The hotel is easy to access by foot, but a bit difficult to find a parking lot. The service is good, speak English fluently. The cleaning service is satisfying, the bedsheet and bathroom is cleaned.

Staying here is pretty good, we ordered for no pickup, we confirmed to the hotel. Then the hotel said there was no pickup from the hotel. My advice. The hotel picks up with a note that there are additional fees.
