The staffs were friendly and helpful. For the location it was alright. Rooms were OK but its a little dusty and there 's small cockroaches.

มันดูยากลำบาก ดูหลงลืมไปหมด ผ้าที่ใส่ให้ก็ไม่ครบ มีการเรียกปรับแบบไม่ดูให้ดีว่าไม่ใช่ความผิดของผู้เข้าพัก ก็คงไม่ไปพักแล้วค่ะ

ห้องพักมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ มีแมลงสาบในห้องพัก ทำให้ต้องcheck out ออกทันที ไม่กล้านอนค้าง เพราะมีเด็กเล็กไปด้วย เลยต้องยอมทิ้งห้องพัก ไปนอนที่อื่นแทน ความคิดเห็นนี้ หวังว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์สูงสุดกับโรงแรม เพราะบางคนเจอเหตุการณ์นี้แล้วไม่กล้าบอกโรงแรม โรงแรมก็จะยังไม่รู้เหตุผลที่แท้จริง ว่าทำไมลูกค้าถึงไม่กลับมาใช้บริการอีก หวังว่าภายภาคหน้า จะได้ไปใช้บริการอีก ถ้า รร ปรับปรุงแล้ว
