Our hostess was super friendly and welcoming to us and our children. We were given fresh water and delicious bananas as payment. She speaks perfect English and fulfilled our every wish. We rented a scooter and drove around the island. If we had a question, wanted to order a cab or needed to call somewhere, the hostess did that for us too. She was also always available on WhatsApp. There are only positive things to say about the rooms and the grounds. The island is absolutely worth seeing and you can still experience Thai life up close. Ambitious athletes can also run around the island, which is 18 km long. There is a muay Thai gym nearby.

We stayed in the Amazing Najjeemee Bungalow for 4 weeks. First 2 weeks my husband and 1 stayed in the one bedroom which was pretty clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. We moved to the 2 bedroom unit to accommodate our friends visiting us. It was spacious and clean. As for the service it is top notch! Mai spent some time with us for motorcycle riding 101. She is the sweetest and most accommodating person I have met. She will go far and beyond for you (she helped me out when i scratched my motorcyle as well). They do room service everyday as well. As for location you are walking distance to bistro, sunset bar and one local store. As for driving you are smack in the middle so going to town (7/11) and going to the beach is easy. Top notch!

We LOVED our stay at Najjamee Bungalow so much that we extended 2 nights and stayed almost an entire week! The hosts were so friendly and happy to help us with anything. They provided scooter rental to us for 250 Bhat/day and helmets were provided (the scooter is a must for the island so be sure to budget for this), gave us bottled water to drink whenever we needed, booked our 4 island hopping tour, booked a taxi back to the pier at the end of our stay and quickly replied to any of our messages. The property has a beautiful garden where you can hangout if you like, and the bungalows were comfortable, private and clean (staff cleaned it and changed our bedsheets after 2 nights). We stayed in a bungalow with a fan and it got warm during the heat of the day but the 2 fans helped us easily stay cool during our sleep. We appreciated having our own kitchenette with a mini fridge and hot water kettle, and we enjoyed spending our evening on the balcony drinking tea and playing cards. If planning to stay on Koh Yao Noi, keep in mind that most residents are Muslim so it is a quiet relaxing island, and not a party place. Many restaurants do not serve alcohol or have pork options (this applies to the restaurant at Najjamee). We hope that Yao Noi forever keeps this authentic charm and that all visitors do what they can to keep this a quiet and pristine gem of Thailand. Note, we had partially unpacked when the photos were taken.

Stayed 2 nights and what a wonderful place. Location is excellent - 10 minutes to the boat pier, 5 minute walk to some nice sunset bars, and 5 minute motorcycle or 20 minute walk to excellent beach side restaurants. Mai is a fantastic host and just the nicest person. She is super friendly, and was so helpful with information about Koh Yao Noi. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful grounds with modern large bungalows. Amazing service from the staff, especially Mai who will help you with anything you need. Location is great and in between many options. you can rent a motorbike or bicycle from Mai to get around the island quickly and easily. would definitely stay again.
