Got a room that didn't close the door completely. And the door seems to be about to break (Room A401) important when checking out Waited for a very long time, almost 20 minutes. I left the room at 11:02 (housekeeper instead of calling to say that the room is ready. but went down to tell from the 4th floor and walked down to go to lunch) had to wait for customers this long If I have an urgent appointment, I probably won't be able to make it in time.) I'm a cell. Traveling all the time, I've never seen anything like this. The exterior seems to be fine. But getting a room where the door doesn't close properly, the room is stuffy and the door seems to be broken like this is very bad. (I used to stay here 64 years ago, paid cash, got a good room. Got a room on the other side But when booking through the agent, you can return a room like this, not ok. Next round, don't stay in this hotel anymore.

Be careful of getting lucky with the hotel. I came to work for 2-3 nights and the counter told me that I made his bedsheets as a mark for me, 1600 baht, even though there was no evidence. I was forced to pay because I have a need to continue traveling and do not want to waste time I didn't want to waste my time so I paid 1,600 baht. It's too easy to live like this. Let everyone be careful when staying.

The hotel has shown evidence for customers to see. that there is an iron mark which is clearly visible The reception has to follow the rules of the hotel. and documents for damage charges are available in the room And your child's iron is displayed in the room. The hotel apologizes for making your customers feel bad.
