I may have been jaded because I was sick, bu the hostel and my room weren't the cleanest. A mouse kept me up all night, even though I put my garbage in the hall and my food in the fridge. They should tidy the common area.

We have good experience staying on this hostel. Morning shift receptionist, I think she was the owner of the hostel has good customer relations towards us, answering our inquiries and granting our request. However, The rooms needs some refurbishment Quite old but still it was clean. Breakfast is okey, just need to have more to offer. Overall customer service is good.

The hotel’s location is nice, close to Sala Daeng BTS, Silom MRT station, and bus stop. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and relatively clean. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Overall, recommended stay, especially for backpackers. Worth the price.

I book 2 single bed in room, once arrived the receptionist ask me to pay more 900bath to stay in 2 single bed for 3 night, then my room has no aircond on 2nd day only fan available already inform no action, then room are not clean up and towel not changed even key drop and inform the receptionist. Omg terrible.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 family rooms and 1 triple room. At 1st night, we got room in the 3rd floor, 3rd floor rooms was dark and give me uncomfortable feeling. And man, that classic wooden chair in family room was all dust in every corner and really not suitable for the room. And i hate the decor in triple room, i don't know if what's in the wall is the decoration or what, and i apologize for saying this, but its hideous and look like unfinished wall. Just a simple white wall would be niece., and what's make me even feel uncomfortable was there's many dust in water heater jug in both rooms. None of us dare enough to heat some water with it. We checked out at 2nd day because we were leaving for Pattaya, but then we came back again at the day 4. And then we stay in here for the next 3 nights. This time, we got the 4th floor rooms. Its really better than the 3rd floor rooms. Its more bright and clean and we saw comfy couch in family room instead of that dusty wooden old chair. And no hideous wall in the triple room, but a bright simple white room. It's like a completely different world between 3rd floor and 4th floor. Breakfast was simple but excellent and i got no complain from my family. They served classic thai home dish ( which all delicious ) and with fruits, toast, bread and cereal as other option. All staff was kind and helpful and despite that one night in 3rd floor, the rest of our stay in this place was nothing but enjoyable. It was a pleasant experience overall. I definitely will still choose this place to stay if i will come back again in Bangkok, since it's near BTS station and downtown Silom, affordable and worth every penny. And of course, i will put that special request for 4th floor room next time. Thank you and i hope you can make some progress in the future. Best wishes.

Once arrived, I got S room, the manager ask to add on price if need to upgrade M size room, even though I book and paid for M room size. Leaking room, when raining, housekeeping so slow and late during my stay everyday. limited choice of breakfast.
