Such a good experience, stay in the middle of Pratunam. Near with shopping place such as Platinum, Central World, Big C etc. Various food in breakfast, good service. Want to back again

The hotel was clean and nice. The staffs were friendly and one of them could speak Indonesian (Mbak Nia). The luxury room was spacious and clean. The breakfast menus were various and delicious. The hotel is very near to Platinum Mall, Paladium and Pratunam night market. It's only 20-25 min walk from the MRT station and Chid Lom BTS station. Definitely be back to this hotel if I had another holiday in Bangkok. Thank you Traveloka.

Stayed at The Berkeley for the second time, always happy to stay here. All the hotel staff are friendly, requesting to move rooms is also very easy. When moving rooms there were some items left behind, but the hotel staff returned them without anything missing. Overall, The Berkeley Pratunam is the best. Thank you so much The Berkeley.

The stay at Berkeley Hotel was pleasant. The location is strategic walking distance to most of the prestigious mall platinum, Central World and big c. The hotel room is really clean and spacious.

Hotel is located very strategically. It 's in walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C supermarket, and other shopping spots. However, nothing about this hotel says 5-star. The room was poorly lit, especially the bathroom. There was no overhead light in the shower, so I could barely see anything. One morning, I put up the"Make Up Room"sign outside my room, but it was not cleaned. I had to ask from the staff loitering around the hallway. Even then, I don't feel it was squeaky clean, and the amenities were sub-par, at best. Also, we were moved to the North Tower and it was a 7 minute walk from the lobby, with 2 elevator rides. Very bothersome when you're carrying a lot of bags. On another note, the hotel staffs I spoke to were very friendly, but not very good at English, and it led to some slight miscommunication. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I don't think it was worth the price and its 5-star rating. If you're looking for luxury, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
