Is a trip that takes parents to relax, but is disappointed with the 5-star service Asking for someone to help carry the bag, but the receptionist named N. Claims that the wheelchair can't reach. Let's circle the car to the front of the lobby itself, where we have already carried our bags down. It's 2 large and heavy luggages, and we see that the wheelchair can go near that point. so we ask for help But the reception staff named N. still said in an annoyed tone that “Then we'll have to wait. The car is busy right now.” We wouldn't have a problem if it really wasn't. But speaking of the receptionist who seemed to completely refuse to help. Which does not feel very ok, different from the security guards at the entrance fort who come to welcome you when you park and ask if there is anything to help you can tell But in the end, we had to walk back and lift all ourselves to the lobby without any help. Of course, not everyone has bad service. There are good people like A housewife walking across the street smiles, raising her hand to say hello. Saw it and was more impressed than the reception staff. 2. No welcome drink served - saw the press but the glass was empty. Ask for a glass to drink because it's hot and very thirsty. Waited for a long time to check in, but finally there was no glass and welcome drink at all. 3. Extra bed, no towels, other soaps added. Someone brought the bill to sign, but no one brought anything, but still lost 1,000 as usual. 4. Set of toiletries, there are shower gel, soap, shampoo, lotion, no conditioner and only give each bottle. Only three rooms are provided. Use together. Most 3-4-star hotels are also provided, plus toothpaste, toothbrushes, irons are provided. But here there is none. Very disappointed with the money wasted. 5. The key card door is old and very difficult to open. Both rooms sometimes have to insert the card in and out for more than ten minutes. Returning from the pool must stand colder to enter.

Nice spacious rooms but a bit dated. The first day, the housekeeper cleaned the room to not be clean. The foot room has dust on the feet. With lizards on the ground as well It may be because of David's long absence of guests. Make a room and not repeat before guests Must follow to come to clean the floor again Breakfast buffet is ok The staff are all smiling. The pool is very long. The same size as the Olympics

The hotel is very pretty. There is a private beach and a 24 hour open swimming pool. See the stars at all. Room available and full breakfast. Dinner in the resort once, but quite expensive. Next night, walk along the beach. Find the food outside with 7-11 near it.
