I was surprised. Hotel was huge!. If you love classic theme and balcony view you should try this hotel. 20 minutes from Icon Siam by boat. Hotel very calm especially with river view. They have all the facilities and nice gym as well facing the river. Room very spacious.

The room is so big, the staff are so nice and can speak english too. It fits with the pictures on the app.

Overall room experience was nice. Spacious clean room and nice view. A little off was only 1 weird thing that happened during check out. The lady was kind of unnecessarily fussy about my friend 's passport. She even asked a copy of her passport right before we left as if we're illegal. In fact we've been staying here for 3 years and never have problem anywhere else. Otherwise it was a good experience. Please avoid this kind of thing if we ever stay again cz it 's kind of wasting time to make the taxi driver waiting for us. Thank you.

It's really weird that I just found out this hotel services only available from 6AM to 10PM! I mean, this is big hotel in their promotion picture??? I checked-in almost midnight and I'm hungry, so I want to order the foods but room service is not available??? I asked receptionist and he said no food, room services not available, the chef already go home, cannot order food unless you get food outside (seriously? chef go home? I just hear it once in a lifetime while sleep at hotel!). There's no nearby resto shown on map and I don't know that area yet. So, I choose to order grab food at midnight and only KFC which available as nearby shop (1.9km). I can't imagine if I go out.. All hotel staff also not available after 10PM, except receptionist and bellboy. So creepy I didn't see any hotel staff around. There's no smoking room here even though they had balcony, then we must go downstairs to sit in resto area near river even at night. Bad, all the plates, glasses, bottles, etc. weren't clean-up yet as usual hotel do clean-up directly since their limited office-hour. It's really bad smell from the dirty tables and from the river. It become more creepy while my desk lamp suddenly off, I called the receptionist to fix it but nobody comes. Fortunately I booked 1 day only here and I just hoping I can pass the night easily :(((
