General Check-in Instructions
Please be informed that the hotel is under renovation between 19 June- 30 November 2023 from 08.00-18.00 hrs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Outsiders : Do not bring outsiders who are not related to or are not staying with the resort. come into the room If found, a minimum fine of 2,000 baht per night will be issued. Pets : Pets are not allowed. Because it is a national park Violators will be fined 2,000 baht and will be asked to leave the resort immediately. Please keep noise down between 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM.
Child Policy: - Child between 0-5 years old is Free of Charge for sharing bed. If need an extra, client will be charged. - Child between 6-7 years old is Free of Charge for sharing bed but will be charged for Breakfast at 200 THB per day. - Child 8 and above will be considered as an adult and limit only 1 child per room. - Extra Bed requested will be charged 700 baht per person per night.
If client stays in the room with bathtub and forget to turn off water caused to damage the furniture will be charged 3,000 - 5,000 THB.
In case of missing key, client will be charged 200 - 1,300 THB.
The deposit for staying is will be 1,000 - 3,000 THB per room.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the room and cafe area. If violated, the accommodation will charge a fine of 3,000 baht.

The room was very messy. the water is yellow for bungalow number 30 There are geckos singing all night long. Everything else is ok.

The cafe is very good, inexpensive food, delicious coffee, the room is not soundproof at all. There is an ashtray in front of the room that means that we can smoke right there. Another story is that the bathroom is very smelly. It is expected that the hotel forgot to put the anti-odor back up.

Beautiful accommodation, clean, convenient transportation, the bathroom in the accommodation has a water heater. A big bottle of shower cream and shampoo to use (outside of that, have to be prepared by yourself), a small hair dryer, no need to bring from home. There are CCTV cameras attached to every house. The decor of the trees looks warm (guests have to prepare to deal with mosquitoes), there is a water jug for washing feet before entering the house. Lobby zone, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, suitable for visiting the sea Come relax on the beach Delicious drinks and food, especially yum dishes All good service staff Will definitely go back and stay at Tonsak Resort.

Tour comes to a speedboat hundreds and hundreds in the morning, in front of the accommodation is not very OK loudly in the morning. This is a heavy seafront accommodation option.

Location wise: 5 star But down part of being right next to the beach is there’s sand everywhere, your clothes, bed sheets and everything. Plus: Staffs were hardly cooperative and lacked smile. And Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all same 2 page menu, and that too low quality.

Get a room next to Chinese tourists Open the door, loud, very loud all night. Almost didn't sleep at all Plus, in the morning, there is a lot of doors to open, close the door, play a lot of mosquitoes, but the reception staff provide very good service near 7eleven.
