From my point of view, this hotel is fair to stay. Air condition was fair( slow cool down temp) Bed was Ok ( spring bed ) pillow is normal use. I don t like room floor is seem not solid. When i walk in the room it has noise and feel shaky floor. I pay for 550 bath per night… it okay for shot stay but not recommended for long…

Tree Space was adequate for our travels. We just needed a place to sleep because in the day we were sightseeing around Chiang-Mai. Funny note: there was a chicken roosting at our door. He seemed pissed every time we came home. :) The room was clean and organized. The breakfast was only instant jok and instant coffee. Again - adequate..

500 baht a night or roughly 17 USD just outside Chiang Mai. It was perfect for me! Modern. Clean. Spacious. Free WiFi, cold air conditioning, bottled water, coffee/tea maker and fridge. Daily room service. 7-11, food vendors, cheap blue buses between Chiang Mai and Lamphun, gas, and ATMs all within a quick walk. Cafe right outside your door. There is a woman that’s only open a few hours (4pm-7pm) that sells made to order food for 30 baht. It’s incredible. The WiFi is fast, but I recommend a VPN. The bathroom looks a little dirty or worn, but it’s waaaay nicer than anything else I’ve stayed in for the same price, Chiang Mai or Bangkok. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they advertised taking Visa but it was “broken”. Cash is number one in Thailand. There was a 300 baht refundable deposit for the room key that doubles as your electricity card when you enter the room. One small gripe, this place is off the main road between Lamphun and Chiang Mai and there is a bar across the street. It makes for a noisy night till around midnight when the music stops and traffic dies down considerably. I’m a solo traveler that’s a night owl, so that didn’t bother me. There are more deluxe rooms farther back that may be quieter, but I doubt it. I don’t fault the hotel for this at all. Overall, not perfect, but close to it and an excellent value.

Rooms are okay, service is standard, facilities is just fair. What I doubt is why water was not working at night?!!!
