Not Recommended I recently stayed here and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite informing the staff multiple times about the non-functioning air conditioning in my room, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This made my stay uncomfortable, especially in the heat. Such lack of responsiveness and concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I expected better service and attention from a hotel of this reputation. I won't be returning and can't recommend it to others. The ventilation is missing even in the lift and lobby, no bell boys to pick the luggage. Very horrible hotel. Not friendly, not good. Update: I never asked for a suite, I highly doubt you have a suite as well. Nevertheless I requested a sea facing room if possible. I think there's no harm in asking. When temperature is 35 degrees & above a basic AC for the room falls under the category of essential under such weather, which clearly your hotel could not provide. Please spare me the pleasantries "stay with love" as your reply clearly indicates that you have no love and respect for your guests. PS: thanks for mentioning "small hotel" so that all the future guests know about it as well. (Your words not mine)

We loved the place. It was central and a great place for relaxation for a family trip. We didn't have to take our car when we went out in the evening/night which was perfect. Even though our stay was during the public holidays we always found a free parking spot in the vicinity (max 10-minute walk) Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Totally worth the price.

A Nightmare Stay I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a musty, unpleasant odor that seemed to permeate every inch of the place. The room I was given was filthy; the sheets were stained, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When I tried to address the issues with my room, they brushed me off without a second thought. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests' comfort or satisfaction. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable. I could hear every conversation, footsteps, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The amenities promised on their website were either non-existent or in such poor condition that they were unusable. I wouldn't wish this hotel stay on my worst enemy. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer a far more pleasant and comfortable experience.

We booked the hotel last minute for our family of 5. Their top floor family room was perfect. The shower was very good and service was great. The lady in the reception (whose name I forgot even though she’s written it down for me and I lost the paper! ) was particularly helpful in arranging the room and airport transfer for us all last minute. It was unfortunate that the double bed’s mattress was not good. One rolls into the middle. Also, air conditioning or ventilation in the girls’ room was noisy all night. Thus the 3 stars only for the room.

Excellent location, clean rooms & helpful staff. Unfortunately the breakfast let it down as there was very limited variety only over 2 tables.
