Very nice hotel! Great service and everyone is really friendly. The Hotel is quite far from the airport and the bazaar so you’ll have to spend a little more on transportation, but overall it’s a decent hotel for the price.

The Green Palmiye Hotel is a very nice looking hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are friendly and very accomodating. I would not consider the room that we stayed in as an 8/10 as Travelocity states. More like a 5. The room is fairly clean, although the wallpaper is peeling from the walls. There are no hooks or bars anywhere in the room/bathroom to hang wet or dry towels. The bathroom fan is filthy with dust and grime, and the handheld part of the showerhead does not work. There is no in-room safe and the door to the room does not lock automatically. Also, the key to each room is attached to a heavy paperweight (in my opinion) rather than a keychain of some sort. The WiFi is strong and consistent and the breakfast was simple and appetizing. If I were to base this review solely on the room, it would not be great. However, the staff and the service definitely make up for it.

Its beautiful hotel with clean rooms, great service and reasonable price and most importantly a great location easy accessible to many different locations because of located on metrobüs station, on its west u can access many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee shops and also airports bus stations and on east u can access to sultan ahmad Mosque with one line change. The front desk staff is very friendly and hospitable.

This hotel is such a nice place. We stayed there for about 9 days and everything was ok, including the behavior of staff, their services for the breakfast and the most important one was speaking English, which was realy helpful for us for finding our way to different places. Its room and its facility was ok and they cleaned our room whenever we asked them. Since this hotel is exactly near the Metrobus, you can easily get to different places such as Taksim square. Finally, I suggest this room to every one who want to have wonderful time in Istanbul.

Since the location of the hotel is close to transportation, there is no transportation problem. The order and cleanliness of the hotel was very good, the breakfast was sufficient. I would like to thank Mr. Berkay who took care of us throughout our stay.
