Extremely helpful and supportive staff. Very nice decor. Clean rooms with modern/edgy design features. Excellent bar options. There's a jazz bar literally next door. Short walk to important north/south public transport options. Priced very reasonably.

I had a very late check-in but it went smooth and promptly. So thank you much, I was tired after a long day of travel. The accommodations was absolutely great, clean, nice decor, comfortable and quiet! And the price was right! "I'll be back!"

The hotel has a great reception area and bar, but once you proceed the property needs a good cleaning and attention to wear! The elevator, carpeting, and walls need a refresh from small damage and dirt. The room, while comfortable and spacious needs the carpet and floor tiles SCRUBBED! The safe had been breached with the front torn off and so was no longer operable. I hate to see this good little cation neglected. VERY nice staff and kiosk selections. Pretty bar. Do better, corporate!

Not a good stay. Staff was great though. Cleanliness of hotel was horrible. Rugs were coming up. Walls had stains on them. Random hand prints on walls. Mold and caked up mildew in and around bathroom and showers. I cut my leg shaving and sat on bed and did not realize blood got on sheet. They cleaned room while we were gone, made the bed and left the sheet with blood on it on the bed!!! Did not even replace the sheet. I have pics of everything, but Expedia did not give an option to attach them. This hotel needs some major renovations and the cleaning staff needs a talking to about how they are cleaning the rooms. The highlight was the kind and personable staff and the location to food etc. in the area.

Left car with valet and ended up with a parking ticket which I now have to try to get reimbursed by hotel. Homeless and beggars asking for money right outside the hotel.

I expected more for the price that I paid for this room. There was a huge stain on the window shade. No drawers to place clothes in. No ambience. Just basic, plain. On par with a Comfort Inn but I paid more than Comfort Inn prices.
