The dining room staff here, in particular breakfast, is phenomenal. We did not have a chance to visit the restaurant and bar this time around, but we have in the past. Love this place!

Honestly best part of my stay here was the kitchen staff for making me an excellent burger and Al the bartender she was sassy fun and very welcoming to a Foo from CA.

The stale cigarette smoke was disgusting. The smell was on our jackets and clothes. I’m assuming it was a room that allowed smoking at one time. It was gross. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious.

What I like about this Hotel is the location very convenient right outside Boston area, also the view from my window looking to the water was good. The hotel is a bit dated, they could do better with the cleanliness. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.

Reserved room because we had an event to go to , event was cancelled and hotel refused to refund . Drove 6 hours to be told we had to pay to park 😡 and extra deposit fees. Room door didn’t close, hair all over bed, toilet paper roll broken , no soap holder in shower . Very noisy kids next door all night . Would not recommend.

Room seemed adequate at first yet it was very cold. The heat was not on. The bathroom had broken fixtures such as missing hooks ( the hardware was broken yet exposing the screws) and the wall around the shower nozzle was soft indicating a leak. The third night we had no hot water and we called the front desk but we were told “there’s no one here to fix it until tomorrow, so….” We couldn’t shower so that was a problem. The next morning ar check out the front desk person simply said “oh yeah, I know”. We were offered a percentage off the last nights stay, but since I booked through hotels.com, she couldn’t actually issue the discount directly.

The place is mainly poor maintained. Everything looks dirty in the room. Room service is every 3 days. The Sheets are torn with the cotton out. You can find better places for the price.
