It seems like a safe neighborhood. The free breakfast buffet is decent though they ran out of yogurt and just put the machine out of service. Front desk staff was rarely at frony desk. Every time I went downstairs or outside, the Be back in 20mins sogn was up. I requested extra coffee, sweetener, and cream but was never given them. Also requested an extra towel as there was 3 of us in the room, I had to go to front desk several times for it. Room was spacious and nice.

I enjoyed the culture theme. I did not like the sense of it feeling unsafe. I believe I found rat droppings. The windows were unlocked and seemed a bit damaged from the lock. While eating someone is there watching you and it feels uncomfortable. They don’t mention the $18 parking fee.

I was visiting Lincoln Heights. This is the best hotel within that area. Will definitely stay here again. Parking is $18 a night. This isn't a bad price, because of the area.

Service and room was extremely great. Our only issue was we didn't know how to use the blinds they were electric but didn't seem to work.. sun busted us right in the dome around 7am not a crazy problem for us but im sure someone with a hangover would be hating life lol.

Bathroom area is very small and congested. My room was next to service work area, i was hearing the noise whole night. Hotel car parking fee $18 for overnight is too high and it was no where mentioned while booking the hotel. Most of the hotels offer complimentary free parking for their guest. Hotel room is not worth for $190 per day. I had stayed many other Best Western hotels in the past. But, i am very disappointed with this place.

Liked the room size, shower was odd doesnt close but everything was very nice loved location amd parking was easy and manned for most hours. Single wlevator hotel is small very small. Breakfast was really good for a hotel, food was actual cooked with flavor and not generic.
