The Hotel was great. Clean rooms, quiet, the breakfast was the best part. The hotel manager Erica was sweet. My only grip is I wish they had the price of our pet included when we booked on booking.com. We arrived to find we had to pay a bit extra for our puppy. But I don't blame them. Cleaning up someone else's puppy messes is not fun. Thankfully our puppy did her business outside.Thank you guys for a great stay!

So much to say here… staff smoking in the stairwell has accumulated so much ash it’s made a pile on the ground level. Smells like it sounds .. as you venture to the breakfast area for what looks like the most unhealthy and sparse food choices you’ll notice to food prep staff openly walking around sampling good and vaping ! Inside by the food ! Unbelievably poor management. I never experienced staff smoking while they serve this slop. Shocked more than disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here ever. The room was cold (heat didn’t work) and it’s 11 degrees outside. I’m not exactly sure how there is such a disconnect from service quality. This place mostly the staff shouldn’t be allowed to serve the public. Gross on so many levels

Room was pleasant but quite basic. Gym was ok. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Fuel was cheap in this location. We had a meal at a restaurant nearby called The Curry House which was very good. Great staff, lots of choice, good food and decent value for money

It was really nice here. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We arrived late, however, we had reservations and she let us in. The room was great and the breakfast was delicious!

I door dash all over little rock. I go to A LOT of motels. This location is very desirable it's clean we all know what clean smells like. I've also done housekeeping for 30 years, and can say with out a doubt this best Western is on point. I'm getting some work done on my house after the holidays and we will need to get a room for a couple days. We will stay at this location without a doubt!
