I travel weekly somewhere, and I appreciate staying at a place that is easy to access and with a simpler check in and out process. That was my experience staying with Broadway suites in Miami. I didn’t have to deal with anyone when I was tired at the end of the day. Nice location, nice place, and it was even close to a Walgreens. I will be staying with them again. Thanks!

The customer service team went absolutely above and beyond in every way possible, from check-in to handling inquiries, to making suggestions. I am extremely impressed by the service team here and would definitely recommend. Not to mention the pricing was great given the area!

My friends and I loved staying here. It was three of us and it felt like a vast space with all of the necessary amenities. Additionally, this place is literally close to everything in Miami. Perfect location. Our hosts were attentive and fast to respond.

I am from Colorado and only supposed to be in Miami for a quick trip with a friend. Well because of the hurricane coming in and the fact that I fly standby I couldn't get on a flight. Also my friends live in Bradenton, which was in mandatory evacuation and they had no place to go. Needless to say finding this place was just what we needed and at a reasonable price. Fit us just for what we needed and they were even accommodating of our early check in request and late check out. I would definitely consider staying with them again at this location or any other one they may own as well. Super friendly and checked in on us the whole time we were there making sure we didn't need anything. Super close to the grocery store and also has a great Italian spot right across the street I recommend! Best pasta i have ever had and the cheesecake was to die for!

Clean spacious property with really great communication! Free parking spot. There was a small issue and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Their level of customer service is top notch - they would respond to emails within minutes. Definitely recommend!

Apartment is old value for the price, management company is super responsive even at night I got a response from them super quick.I faced with several issues but they were all solved very quickly.

Property was okay, overall. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with small kids as it is next to downtown, Miami. Parking is easier on the street than the parking spot assigned. Furniture can use some minor fixing and doors can be difficult to open. Definitely a good stay for adults but wouldn’t recommend for a family.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay and the hosts were amazing with communication by checking in on me daily and making sure any issues I had were taken care of right away. Would definitely recommend and will definitely choose this place/location again!

The property was very good clean and safe my hosts check on me everyday made sure there wasn’t nothing i needed safety is a must n they have surveillance everywhere u have assign parking areas which accommodate you very well I really enjoyed staying there pick Broadway!!!
